Hope you are having a great Spring and your yoga practice is blossoming. We are very excited to host workshops with many wonderful teachers in our region this year. Check out the four day therapeutics workshops with Stephanie Quirk in Austin, May 19-22 and Dallas, June 9-12! Many preparations are underway as we look forward to hosting the IYNAUS Convention April 11-17, 2019!
